A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to the Monroe County Election Department regarding the voting machines pre-election test report on October 30, 2024.

The request specifically seeks a PDF format of the elections voting machines pre-election test report with the following fields: Test date, Machine Manufacture, Machine Model Number, and Machine Status (Pass or Failed).
We believe that access to public records is essential for us to fulfill our professional responsibilities, which include holding public institutions accountable and providing transparency to the public.
