The Pocono Chamber's Women In Business Committee invites you to join us on Tuesday, March 8th at Smuggler's Cove for our March Women In Business Luncheon! Join us for our first in-person luncheon of 2022!
We'll hear about Breaking Patterns that Lead to Burnout from Motivational Speaker & Life Coach, Elika Almeida of Elika Maria! She'll dive into:
- Learning strategies to understand and manage anxiety
- How to establish boundaries and keep them
- Work-life balance strategies you can implement immediately
- An understanding and awareness of the warning signs and how to embrace them

The Women in Business Luncheon has been a long-standing affair of the Chamber and has brought many women together to network within the beautiful restaurants and resorts of Monroe County. All women in business are invited to attend the monthly to make new connections amongst a diverse network of Monroe County's business professionals.
