The Borough of Mount Pocono shall conduct a public hearing on August 2, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Mount Pocono Municipal Building, 1361 Pocono Boulevard, Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania 18344, to consider the Conditional Use Application of Pocono Trailer for new and used utility and cargo trailer dealership on property owned by Homestead Land Services, Inc. (Tax Code Numbers 10.8.1.45 and 10.8.1.45-1) located at 3360 Route 940, Mount Pocono, PA. The property is located in a C-2 Zone.
